Data processed for this purposewill be stored for the period resulting from legal provisions;

-        for the purpose of establishing, pursuing anddefending against claims, which constitutes a legitimate interest of GTV. The legal basis for the processingof your personal data is Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR, i.e. the so-calledlegitimate interest of the controller, indicated above. Data processed for thispurpose will be stored for the period of limitation of claims.

The recipients of your personal data may be entities providing servicesto GTV, including providers of IT and hosting services, legal advisors, otherentities providing services to GTV (e.g. postal or courier services). In justified cases, the recipientsof your personal data may also be Polish public authorities or European bodiesor institutions.
